World of Asphodel
Dusk Elves retreated underground after the Sundering, building vast subterranean cities in caverns that the cataclysm opened. Centuries of living in darkness have changed them — their skin ranges from ash grey to deep obsidian, their eyes have adapted to see in absolute darkness, and their culture has developed a pragmatic ruthlessness that their surface cousins find disturbing. Dusk Elves are not inherently evil, but they are survivors who have learned that mercy is a luxury the underground cannot always afford.

You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light.
You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target, or what you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Once per short rest, when you are in dim light or darkness, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness.
You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
